The hike to the waterfall begins 2.5 kilometres from the Ushuaia exit, on the right hand side of Route 3. The reference point is the entrance to the Kawi Yoppen campsite or the "Anoka" sign. Once you cross the footbridge, turn left and there you will find the trail.
It is a low-difficulty trail but you still have to be careful in some areas where the roots of the trees are very exposed.
