An entertaining proposal carried out by local tour guides who offer different urban tours to get to know the city. Depending on the time you have and your interests, you can choose between four options. The days and times are to be agreed with the guides and depending on the weather conditions.
Circuit 1 - Bahía Encerrada Heart: It starts at the intersection of 12 de Octubre and Garramuño avenues and visits part of the Bahía Encerrada Urban Nature Reserve. This circuit runs through the viewpoints with signage of the reserve and its axis is the scenic attractions of the city, the observation of the ecosystem -especially birds- and historical aspects. It ends at the starting point and lasts approximately 1 hour, 15 minutes.
Circuit 2 - Land of fires and ice - ACCESSIBLE FOR PEOPLE WITH MOTOR DIFFICULTIES: It starts from the Civic Square and its axis is the Ushuaia-Antarctica relationship. A historical tour is made through the figures of the Antarctic Pioneers and other monuments, highlighting the moments that linked the city with Antarctica. You can choose to end the tour at the Antarctic Museum, located in the Old Prison and Maritime Museum. The tour, without the visit to the museum, lasts approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.
Circuit 3 - The city between the mountains and the sea: It starts from the Plaza Cívica and its axis is in aspects of the landscape that surrounds the city, history, architecture and urban planning. It crosses emblematic streets of the city, the Paseo del Centenario, the waterfront and returns to the Plaza Cívica. You can choose to end the tour at the End of the World Museum. The tour, without the visit to the museum, lasts approximately 2 hours
Circuit 4 - The Bahía Encerrada Urban Nature Reserve: It starts at the intersection of Avenidas 12 de Octubre and Garramuño and runs through the Bahía Encerrada Urban Nature Reserve along its entire perimeter. It focuses on the scenic attractions of the city, observation of the ecosystem -especially birds- and historical aspects. Tour the National Historic Site "La Misión". It ends at the starting point and lasts approximately 2 hours.
