Husky Park

Husky Park offers all kinds of combined activities and excursions.

In summer

Guided excursions depart from Nunatak to the Esmeralda lagoon and the Ojo del Albino glacier. Book in advance with Antartur.

Winter Excursions

Antarctic Experience

Duration: 5 hours
Departure time: 8:30 am

Description: Transfer to Husky Park Ushuaia. Reception and visit to the Antarctic Explorers exhibition. 6 km snowmobile ride and 4 km snowcat ride. Visit to the Antarctic Mini Base with immersive experiences and themed snack. Transfer back to Ushuaia.

Includes: Park admission.
Difficulty: Low.

White Adventure

Duration: 5 hours
Departure time: 8:30 am

Description: Transfer to Husky Park Ushuaia. Guided tour of the park. “Husky Hug” activity. Dog sled ride (1.2 km). Snowmobile ride (5 km). Snow sledding activity. Hot chocolate. Transfer back to Ushuaia.

Includes: Park admission.
Difficulty: Low.

Husky Experience

Duration: 5 hours
Departure time: 8:30 am

Description: Transfer to Husky Park Ushuaia. Introductory talk on the world of mushing. Guided visit around the park. Sled driving instructions. 6 km dog sled ride. Hot chocolate with cake slice at the shelter. Transfer back to Ushuaia.

Note: Passengers drive their own sleds.

Difficulty: High. To participate, passengers must be in good health, enjoy being with dogs, and have a team spirit. Dog sledding is comparable to cross-country skiing, so a reasonable fitness level is required.

Full Day Snow

Duration: 8 hours
Departure time: 8:30 am

Description: Transfer to Husky Park Ushuaia. Guided tour of the park. Snowshoe walk (1 hour 30 minutes). Dog sled ride (1.2 km). Snowmobile ride (5 km). Snowcat 4x4 ride. Snow sledding activity. Lunch in a dome (empanada, mountain stew, dessert; drinks not included). Transfer back to Ushuaia.

Snow & Fire

Duration: 5 hours
Departure time: 6:30 pm

Description: Transfer to Husky Park Ushuaia. Dinner by the bonfire with drinks included. Dog sled ride (1.2 km). Snowshoe walk (1 km) or snowmobile ride (4 km), according to chosen option. Transfer back to Ushuaia.

Lakes Off Road

Duration: 7 hours
Departure time: 8:30 am

Description: Off-road excursion to Lake Fagnano. Stop at Lake Escondido viewpoint. Lunch at Nunatak shelter (cold cuts, choripán, steak, salad buffet, and fruit). Includes one drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic).
